Certainly felt like crappola this morning and almost bailed on my run. Decided to quick have a piece of toast, peanut butter, and freezer jam (Thanks Erinn!) and then made a dash for the trail.. turned out to be a pretty good run for not feeling well!

It was one of those workouts where I could not keep track of where I was.. for all I know today I did 2300…the 100 speed felt really good today - flip turns and cruising along!

today we needed to run 1 hour with hills, so we started at Ladro in Bothell, down to the trail, left at UW Bothell, right to the YMCA and around the business park, then back up this hill past UW Bothell and back to Ladro for the best coffee ever!!!

changed around the normal 1800 strength and stroke; added a 3rd set of drills instead of the normal two, and also substituted one of the drills (speed) with a single arm 25 for each side.. the ended with a 100 time trial (1:31!)… fealing faster and more fluid in the water finally…
