This hotel air cannot be good for me

Not sure what it is but staying in the Marriott here in Portland is getting a little old and I find myself not sleeping very well which makes for a sh*tty run the following morning.. after my 3 mile run this more I felt simply exhausted. Ok, today, more hydration… maybe that will help…….

Yes, today I turn a whopping 47. Good start to the day with a 4 mile run along the Portland waterfront again. Thought the distance was further than that but I guess not as Gmaps pedometer tells me different. 45 degrees out again today at 5:00am here in the northwest.. going to be a great day!
